Beyond Barriers Labs is a leadership accelerator with a singular mission: to close the gender gap at work by helping professional women go further, faster. Our Career Conditioning^TM platform and proprietary SCORE methodology is designed to disrupt hard- and soft-skill barriers that limit workplace advancement for women. At the same time, we are building a web3 professional women’s community to continuously support women with the tools, training and community they need to become future-ready leaders. Because when more women have more seats at more tables, everyone wins.
