About BBL 

Beyond Barriers Labs is a leadership accelerator with a singular mission: to close the gender gap at work by helping professional women go further, faster. Our Career ConditioningTM platform and proprietary SCORE methodology is designed to disrupt hard- and soft-skill barriers that limit workplace advancement for women. At the same time, we are building a web3 professional women’s community to continuously support women with the tools, training and community they need to become future-ready leaders. Because when more women have more seats at more tables, everyone wins. 

 

Our Bold Goals

  1. We will multiply economic opportunity by unlocking the full potential of women in the workforce, worldwide. We will help companies retain and elevate more women into more leadership roles.
  2. By 2025, we will connect (at least) 1 million women around the world with a collectively owned, community governed global sorority where women convene and condition to go further, faster. 
  3. We will invite women into the future with practical, hands-on experience in web3 and blockchain technology. 
  4. We will raise our first round of outside capital from our community, revolutionizing the way companies are founded and funded.
  5. We will keep score by tracking diversity metrics through our global benchmark reports. We will recognize companies where women advance faster, making them attractive as employers.
